    The SERVOTEC Single Phase Solar Pump Controller with MPPT & VFD is a high-performance solar pumping solution designed for efficient and reliable operation of AC water pumps in off-grid applications. It enables uninterrupted pump operation using solar energy without requiring grid power, making it ideal for agricultural irrigation, water supply systems, and remote locations.

    The controller supports 0.75 HP to 3 HP single-phase AC pumps and is equipped with advanced Microprocessor/DSP-based MPPT technology that delivers up to 96% MPPT efficiency. Its transformer-less design with OBT-based power stage ensures maximum energy utilization while providing a pure PWM sine wave output and constant motor torque under varying sunlight conditions.

    The system operates with a 160V–450V DC solar input and provides a 240V AC single-phase output (up to 3 HP). It is designed to perform reliably in harsh environmental conditions with an operating temperature range of 10°C to 70°C and an intelligent cooling fan for efficient thermal management.

    A built-in LCD display provides real-time information such as total energy generation (kWh), panel voltage, AC voltage, frequency, panel current, and power, allowing users to monitor system performance easily.

    For remote monitoring and control, the controller features an advanced Remote Monitoring System (RMS) based on GSM/GPRS (2G/3G/4G) communication. It supports MQTT protocol, RS485 communication, JSON data format, and TLS/SSL/X.500 security standards for secure data transmission. Users can remotely switch the pump ON/OFF through a mobile application, while system data is stored locally for up to one year if network connectivity is unavailable. Data can be transmitted at configurable intervals of 1 to 15 minutes, with instant alerts for abnormal operating conditions.

    The RMS platform also includes real-time geo-location tracking, event monitoring, asset management, consumer information management, complaint ticket management, and performance reporting, including pump runtime, energy generation, water discharge, and system health. The controller is compatible with State Level Solar Monitoring Platforms for centralized monitoring and reporting.

    To ensure maximum safety and reliability, the controller incorporates comprehensive protection features including overload protection, dry-run protection, reverse polarity protection, open-circuit protection, short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, earth fault detection, lightning protection, grid fluctuation protection, switching transient protection, fan failure detection, commutation failure protection, and integrated DC-side fault detection.

    The controller is designed for easy installation with bottom cable entry, BIS-standard PVC copper cables, GL cable trays with covers, and industrial-grade terminations. Dedicated PV input terminals and motor output terminals ensure secure electrical connections and long-term operational reliability.
